Project Manager - Video Software

Location: Illinois (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

Overview


We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure and technology projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and infrastructure implementations.


The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise infrastructure and network-related projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall performance.
• Implement Agile project management practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Track and report program metrics and key performance indicators.
• Create and maintain JIRA boards, dashboards, and project reporting tools.
• Support successful project deployment and implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and network environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA, including board and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting video software, media technology, or digital platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
