West Fraser is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead mill electrical maintenance in a high-volume wood products manufacturing environment. You will supervise electricians, plan and prioritize work, and ensure safe, reliable operation of motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting projects and upgrades while championing a safety-first, collaborative culture and developing team skills for long-term success.
