Job Description We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of store operations. This role includes staffing, cost control, inventory, cash handling, customer relations, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Responsibilities Oversee all shift activities and ensure that team members follow company policies and procedures. Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of crew members. Control and monitor cash, inventory, and cost controls. Maintain store cleanliness and a great customer experience. Handle all customer interactions and resolve any issues efficiently. Prepare reports on sales, costs, and performance for management. Assist in marketing, promotions and consistent store presentation. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong arithmetic ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to handle monetary transactions accurately. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Must be available two out of three weekdays (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record. Open availability to work flexible shifts, including potential nights and weekends. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform typical store tasks.
