Maintenance Supervisor | Smyrna, TN | Multifamily Housing Brookside is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to grow with us. As we continue expanding our presence in the Smyrna area , we’re looking for a skilled maintenance leader who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and help us build a strong, high-performing maintenance operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a maintenance professional with HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and multifamily supervisory experience . What You’ll Do Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations Supervise, coach, and support the onsite maintenance team Prioritize and complete resident service requests and repairs Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and property inspections Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems Coordinate outside contractors and vendors Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required EPA Certification required Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance Ability to lead a team and effectively prioritize multiple projects Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident service Why Join Brookside?
