Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will have a multifaceted role that includes:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Coordinating care with internal multidisciplinary teams as well as external community agencies to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Providing skilled consultation to team members, offering insights into treatment approaches that cater to individual client needs.

• Delivering individual, family, and group psychotherapeutic treatment utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Documenting treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical notes, ensuring compliance with medical records policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to expand services to child and adolescent groups in the foreseeable future. Your ability to build rapport and create therapeutic alliances with these diverse clients will be essential. A strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by each demographic is crucial to tailoring effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for a self-motivated and empathetic individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
