HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support essential people operations for a Contract position based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of employee onboarding and HR administration. The position will help maintain a smooth hiring and pre-employment process while ensuring documentation, systems, and compliance activities are handled accurately and professionally.Responsibilities:• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities to create a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires from offer acceptance through start date.• Manage background screening steps and follow up on outstanding items to keep hiring timelines on track.• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems to support reliable personnel data and reporting.• Prepare, review, and organize hiring and employment documents while ensuring files meet internal standards and compliance expectations.• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR administrative questions, directing employees and managers to the appropriate resources when needed.• Monitor pre-employment and onboarding workflows, escalating issues promptly to avoid delays in the hiring process.• Support HR compliance efforts by tracking required documentation and helping ensure adherence to company policies and employment practices.• Assist with administrative process updates within HR systems when procedural or platform changes affect onboarding or employee records.
