The Office Assistant will support a small team of 1-5 people, providing essential administrative and customer support to ensure smooth office operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role primarily will center around handling phone communications, taking incoming calls and scheduling consultations, relaying necessary info to/from clients/potential clients, following up with clients that use our ongoing services and making sure they aren’t having issues. You will never have to make any cold calls. You will also be serving as the first point of contact for visitors. This position is full time. However you will be making the schedule, and once you demonstrate you can confidently get all your duties done by the end of the workday you can be creative with how you schedule your hours. There isn’t really room for advancement in this position, unless you are interested in pursuing a graphic design career, which we will be more than happy to help you with.
Responsibilities

- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Handle reception duties and greet visitors
- Answer and make phone calls to clients and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Organizational skills and multitasking capability
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable with taking and making phone calls
$20 - $25 per hour
