Assembler - 3rd shift

Job OpportunityAssemblers are responsible for performing various assembly operations of plastic parts and components. While performing the duties of the position, Assemblers are responsible for maintaining a high degree of quality, safety, and efficiency.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsible for adhering to production schedule.Responsible for creating labels for each job and run production.Providing finished skids of product to shipping department for final preparation.Maintains an open line of communication to assure all problems and changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.Work with co-workers and lead to ensure material inventories are maintained for uninterrupted operation.Follow all work instructions and quality control documentation.As requested, assist other team members in cross-training and conduct on the job training of other associates.Actively participates in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 6S & safety.Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to cross training as Press Operator as well as hanging for paint when needed.
