Family Medicine Physician Join a large, well‑established multispecialty group seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over an existing patient panel from a retiring physician. This is a 100% outpatient position with phone calls only 2–3 times per month and the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. Positions are open in Ventura, Ojai, and Santa Paula, with an additional opportunity to work in the GME department. Occupational Therapist Job Summary and Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely perform daily activities. You will assess patients’ medical history, perform physical assessments, document progress, and create treatment plans. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will determine treatment goals, develop therapy plans, monitor progress, and provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and support services. Location: Ventura, California. Pay: $49.00 hourly. Qualifications: Entry‑level licensed Occupational Therapist or currently licensed with a valid California state license.
