As part of our business development team, you'll go as far as you want and have fun doing it at this software company.QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll servicesExperience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cyclesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredKnowledge of HCM software solutions is a plusInternet marketing sales experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out new business opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person. Through in-person meetings, you prepare and present proposals to convert leads into new business deals.Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow up with new clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns.
