Together, we're improving health and improving lives.LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Arlington, TX (76011).Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am to 2:00pm; Saturday or Sunday 5:00am - 9:00am (rotating as requested 1/month)Job Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to various clinic sitesMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:2 or more years' phlebotomy experience working in a clinical / hospital environment1 or more years' working in a behavioral health environmentCurrent or prior LabCorp experienceAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agencyAble to pass a standardized color blindness testBe 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving recordAccess to reliable transportationFlexibility to work overtime as neededAble to work in a fast paced / high volume work environmentExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionWe are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in our client's office setting. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company.
