Job Title: Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Clinic Location: Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 Employment Type: Full-time, 26-week contract Shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights (36/48-hour rotation) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $54/hr About Us: A dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality care to a community in Shiprock, NM is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a team on a 26-week contract basis. Our Ambulatory Clinic provides a wide range of outpatient services, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in an Ambulatory Clinic setting.
• Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health education.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with procedures and minor surgeries as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
