In this role, you will support utility and telecommunications infrastructure projects, assist field teams with daily operations, and gain exposure to a variety of projects that provide valuable industry experience and long-term career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support utility and telecommunications infrastructure projects in the field
• Assist crews with daily project activities and site preparation
• Work alongside experienced team members to learn utility construction and telecommunications best practices
• Support project teams in maintaining schedules and completing project milestones
• Assist with a variety of infrastructure and construction-related projects
• Help maintain organized and safe work environments
• Learn industry standards, tools, and processes used across utility and telecommunications projects
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to support project success

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in utilities, telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
