Assistant Social Media Manager & Growth Strategist for Content Creator! 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant / Social Media Manager to work directly for a content creator. This role primarily focuses on managing and growing the content creator's social media presence , with a strong background in marketing , content strategy, and proven account growth. This is an in-person role focused on real-time execution—no scheduling. You will be responsible for publishing content instantly, strategically planning content ideas, and the weekly filming schedule for our content creator.

Beyond social media management, you will also assist the founder and team   with day-to-day operations, so versatility and a team-first mindset are essential.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for someone who deeply understands SEO, trends, social media, and marketing—and knows how to turn content into measurable growth using proven strategies. This is a serious position open only to qualified, experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and manage content in real time across all major platforms (no scheduling)
• Study trends and develop content ideas
• Curate a weekly filming TDL of ideas, organized with visual concepts for the team!
• Apply SEO and marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and conversions
• Post at optimal times, use analytics, and protect account health and standing by avoiding violations
• Serve as a hands-on assistant—supporting the founder and existing assistant with day-to-day operations and general tasks as needed!
• Assist on content days 

Requirements

• Proven experience in both social media management and marketing (required)
• Demonstrated success personally growing accounts and driving engagement—you must be able to show real results
• Strong command of SEO, content strategy, platform algorithms, trends, and viral growth tactics
• Skilled at keeping accounts safe, compliant, and in good standing across platforms
• Able to create and publish content independently, start to finish, with no oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Strong self-management—you own your workflow and deadlines
• MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN THE ABOVE

Important Notes

• No scheduling allowed—all posts must be made manually in real time
• Full-time in-house videographer/editor provides all content assets
• Assistant experience very ideal 
• Must be LA-based (in person)

Compensation

• Monthly flat rate
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives tied to KPI achievement
