About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Corporate Treasury, with a focus on expanding the modeling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing a wide range of treasury models, including those for net interest income forecasting, liquidity analytics, P&L and risk explain frameworks, funds transfer pricing, and hedge accounting. This role is highly technical and requires a candidate who is adept at open-ended quantitative problem-solving, markets-adjacent modeling, and has a strong background in end-to-end ownership of production models. The Vice President will also be involved in building quantitative components using various practical methods and will work closely with technology to ensure the models are productionized and optimized. Applicants for this role at the company should have an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and 4-6 years' of experience in a similar field. Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or Scala are essential, as is experience in areas such as yield curve construction, liquidity and margin concepts, and various risk modeling techniques. The role demands a professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a proven track record of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The Vice President will be expected to lead complex initiatives, anticipate emerging risks, and contribute to model improvements in various areas, including those related to market transitions and capital/stress frameworks.
