This role is located out of Franklin,MA.The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:Associate’s degree in electrical or electronics from an accredited institution, current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree engineering program at an accredited institution or applicable military training and experience.Three (3)+ years experience working with power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics.Electrical Technology Certificate.Ability to read electrical component schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques.Strong understanding of electrical theory, battery systems, and single- and three-phase circuits.Strictly follow company/customer safety rules for a secure work environment.Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, taking direction from on-site leads.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
