Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring processes run smoothly across onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems and personnel files
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data changes are properly recorded and communicated
- Coordinate recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal procedures
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Track and report HR metrics as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function
- 2+ years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related support role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment law basics, and compliance standards preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
