- Implement marketing and lead-generation strategies
- Manage agency operations, staffing, and budgets
Requirements
- 2+ years in insurance sales/management
- Proven sales success and leadership
- Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health licenses
- Strong coaching and team development skills
