Job Title: Mobile Developer (Ionic Framework)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Location: Onsite Jersey City, NJ
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with strong experience in the Ionic framework to join our team on a 6-month Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Ionic Framework and Angular .
- Build cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Cordova/Capacitor .
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Work closely with backend and QA teams for seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ionic (v4+) .
- Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Experience with Cordova or Capacitor plugins .
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience in deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store .
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git .
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with state management libraries (NgRx, etc.).
- Understanding of mobile security best practices.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
- Possibility of full-time conversion based on performance.
