Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including but not limited to leading all aspects of operation, to include the customer service, cost management, and other training functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliTake essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores;/liliEnsure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation;/liliPrepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.;/liliOrganize and supervise the employee shifts;/liliParticipate in management and personnel meetings;/liliCheck stock levels and order supplies and materials;/liliMaintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health safety;/liliAdditional duties at store when circumstances dictate./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliAssociate/Bachelor degree preferred;/liliMinimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position;/liliStrong organizational, communications and leadership skills;/liliAbility to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands;/liliProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;/liliGood attendance and available to work overtime when needed;/liliExcellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;/liliAdapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85C concept;/liliAvailable to work on weekends and holidays./li/ulpMUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY/ppThis position requires moderate physical activity.
