Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Corporate or Conventional Trust or related financial services operations
• Strong expertise in trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and client service
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
• Experience managing operational risk, controls, compliance, and issue escalation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive and client interactions

• Experience leading large-scale operational change or transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success implementing automation, digital solutions, or AI-driven process improvements

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end trade processing function through settlement, ensuring accurate execution, strong operational controls, effective risk management, and high-quality service delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, stakeholders, and operational issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Oversee team performance, workload planning, coaching, and talent development, while driving continuous process improvement, root cause resolution, and operational excellence. xhyhwjd Partner with business leaders on change initiatives and advance digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and increased straight-through processing (STP).
