Job Description
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Dentist for a full-time permanent opportunity with a community health center in Albany, Georgia. This integrated, patient-centered practice offers a collaborative care model across multiple service settings and a strong focus on comprehensive community oral health.

Position Details

Compensation: $185,000 - $250,000 annually (no sign-on bonus)

Practice Environment
Integrated care model across multiple service sites, including:
School-based health centers
Women's health services
Hospital-based dentistry settings
Standalone dental clinics
Patient-centered, mission-driven care environment
Strong clinical support staff including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team
Focus on continuity of care and access for underserved populations

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary dental care across the lifespan
Perform diagnostic, preventive, restorative, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures
Complete anterior endodontic procedures and routine extractions
Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals for specialty care
Deliver patient education on oral health and prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow all coding, billing, and compliance standards
Participate in care delivery across multiple clinical settings as needed

Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school required
Active Georgia dental license required
Strong general dentistry clinical skills required
Commitment to community-based care preferred
