Remote IT Support Administrator: Enterprise Systems & AI

W.R.K

Würk is seeking an IT Support Administrator to manage IT support operations and provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you'll handle escalated issues, ensure service quality, and support the adoption of AI tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least two years in IT support or systems administration.
