ServiceNow System Administrator - Remote

This is a remote position. Candidate must be located in the United States and be able to support EST business hours.

Pay: $50-$55.20/hour. W2 only.
Work sponsorship is not available for this position.

Duration:11 months with extensions based on client need and performance.


Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator Contractor to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on platform administration, automation, and integration support, working closely with IT and automation teams.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer
Conduct instance upgrades
Manage users, roles, updates, and system configurations
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement platform enhancements

Required Qualifications
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is required.
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator is required.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript is required.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification is preferred
PowerShell scripting experience is preferred
Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations is preferred
Experience in an enterprise environment is strongly preferred. Life sciences industry experience is a plus.
