Class Action Litigation Of Counsel

Position Overview Jackson Lewis P.C. is a national employment law firm. This position is located in our Cleveland, OH office and will support defense work in employment litigation. Key Responsibilities Handle defense of agency discrimination charges and suita involving a broad range of employment‑related claims, including wage and hour class/collective actions. Give advice and counsel on similar issues to employers. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti‑discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non‑compete cases. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school. 9+ years of experience in class action litigation defense. Admitted to the Ohio State Bar and in good standing. Experience acting as Lead Counsel. Understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Compensation and Benefits For Cleveland, the expected salary range for this position is between $210,000 and $232,500. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
