Server / Bartender

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server / Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server / Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, capturing food orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.DutiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, patio and bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and upselling menu items.Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.Handle cash transactions accurately using Clover POS or similar systems.Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.Manage inventory levels, including stocking supplies as needed and tracking usage.Provide excellent hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.SkillsStrong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.Ability to upsell food and beverage products.
