ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed in this environment. Today, our office includes six team members, and weve built a culture that balances high performance with a strong sense of teamwork and fun.

Im a mom to two young children, ages four and three, and family is a big part of how I lead the agency. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work each day. Im also active in the community as a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and a life member of the Junior Auxiliary Biloxi Ocean Springs Chapter.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashleigh Fallo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
