Curriculum Coordinator – Early Childhood Education San Antonio, TX Full-Time Join a place where your passion for teaching shapes the future. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator to lead, support, and elevate our early childhood education program. This role is ideal for someone who loves mentoring teachers, strengthening lesson planning, and ensuring children receive a high-quality, engaging learning experience every day. What You’ll Do Oversee implementation of our research-based curriculum across all classrooms (infants through Pre‑K) Support and coach teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child development best practices Ensure curriculum aligns with state standards and quality programs (including Texas Rising Star) Review and provide feedback on lesson plans weekly Monitor classroom environments to ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate activities Use child assessments to guide instruction and program improvements Plan and support school‑wide learning themes, events, and enrichment activities Maintain organized curriculum materials and ensure teachers have access to resources Lead teacher trainings and ongoing professional development Partner with leadership to continuously improve program quality What We’re Looking For Experience in early childhood education (required) Strong knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate practices Experience with curriculum programs (such as Frog Street or similar) preferred Leadership or coaching experience with teachers Highly organized with strong attention to detail Passion for mentoring and developing educators Strong communication skills with both staff and leadership What You’ll Love About This Role Opportunity to make a direct impact on classroom quality and student success Collaborative, supportive team environment A chance to grow your leadership skills while shaping an entire program Meaningful work that influences children, families, and teachers every day Why Join Us We believe in creating a nurturing, engaging environment where both children and educators thrive.
