Work Schedule & Environment:

• Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. - On call until 6pm. 
• Saturday | Phone support and scheduled showings as needed.
• Occasional after-hours support for urgent calls, showings, or closings.
• Frequent travel across terminals and on-site property inspections, and expos.
• Exposure to weather, dust, and industrial environments.

What You'll Do:

You’ll be the engine that keeps our leasing operations running smoothly. From marketing strategies, industry networking, tenant onboarding to site inspections, your role is critical to ensuring relationships are built, and operations stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and tenant communications.
• Collaborate with terminal managers, bookkeepers, and ownership on leasing activities.
• Show properties, handle inquiries, and close lease agreements with qualified tenants.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, lease documents, and inspections.
• Provide outstanding customer service while resolving tenant concerns and maintenance issues.
• Market available properties via social media, listing sites, and networking.
• Assist with project analysis, new developments, and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain organized records and digital/paper file systems.
• Ensure full compliance with housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Help align leasing efforts with company values, strategy, and growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a must.
• 3+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or sales.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Tech-savvy — experience with QuickBooks, data entry, and digital tools.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing compliance.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable performing site visits, inspections, and physical tasks in an industrial environment 
• Able to manage pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
