Sr. Project Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Project Manager
 
Position type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract with strong potential for extension till 24 months and potential to convert based on performance)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
 
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will:

• Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage interdependence across programs and ensure alignment with Enterprise change management priorities.
• Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets Trading, Analytics, Finance, Risk and other line of business and enterprise support functions
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring awareness, alignment, and understanding of program financials, decisions, status, etc.
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
• Develop high quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
• Leverage advanced Teams, SharePoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive ready materials.

 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Project management experience, ideally within financial services.
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge).
• Experience delivering complex projects within financial services trading and banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics.
• Regulatory project experience is preferred.
• Experience with Market Risk and/or Model Development is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to support and manage projects and produce clear and insightful reporting.
• PMI PMP certification (desired)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $58- $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
