Apply today!/ppThe Compensation and Benefits:/pulliA base salary of $100,000 - $135,000, depending on experience/liliMonday - Friday/liliHybrid Schedule/liliFull-time/liliPerformance-based bonus opportunities to reward and motivate success/lili401(k) plan with company matching/liliBenefit from a balanced schedule that integrates time in the office for collaboration with the convenience of remote work/liliUnlimited Paid Time Off/li/ulpThe Preferred Key Qualifications:/pulliEmployee benefits experience, preferably within a retail insurance brokerage environment/liliDemonstrated ability to manage and advise on both small and large group benefits/liliActive California Life and Health License/liliProficiency with leading industry platforms such as Ease, Employee Navigator, and BenefitPoint/liliMicrosoft Office Suite/liliA strong, working knowledge of insurance markets, product offerings, complex rating systems, and critical underwriting processes/li/ulpThe Position:/pulliBuild strong relationships and deliver a positive client experience/liliManage and cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients (small to large groups)/liliProvide comprehensive, clear support for clients during open enrollment/liliEfficiently and accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals/liliManage requests for information and documentation, providing prompt and thorough responses/li/ulpWhy Insurance Relief?/ppAs a businessperson in the insurance industry, it is an advantage to partner with a staffing expert and ally who understands your unique skills and needs.
