Manages / develops validation / qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ/CQV) for software, injection, printing, and finishing processes. Manage continuous improvement activities (quality improvements, scrap, efficiency, risk review, and other cost savings). Preferred trained black belt. Programming and support using 3D printer. Manage customer specification review / approvals, creates stock specifications, assist with quality agreements. Manage GMP, ISO and SQF quality systems. (ISO 9001, 15378, 13485, SQF, FDA). Manage / support other quality systems (Change control, deviations, CAPA).
