Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in youth care or social services
• Associate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Skills in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and case management
• Strong report writing and communication abilities
• Empathy, time management, and teamwork skills
