The Attorney will provide legal advice, negotiate on behalf of clients, appear in court, and maintain organized case files. Duties Manage caseload from intake through resolution. Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies. Perform legal research and draft pleadings and motions. Prepare correspondence and legal documents. Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements. Appear in court and at hearings as required. Maintain thorough and organized case files. Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients. Requirements Strong foundation in law with ability to interpret statutes and case law. Experience or knowledge in labor and employment law. Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Effective negotiation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Commitment to ethical practice and client service. Prior law firm experience or relevant practice in Florida courts preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing. Skills Attention to detail and organization. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
