REGISTERED NURSE

Novant Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes. You’ll use advanced technology and clinical best practices while educating patients and families, promoting safety, and supporting a culture that values diversity, personalized care, and continuous professional growth. Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness and safety Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system Uphold infection-prevention, safety, and quality standards Support a culture of diversity, respect, and personalized care Patient assessment Care planning Medication administration IV therapy Electronic health records (EHR) Wound care Telemetry monitoring Infection control Patient & family education Clinical documentation Benefits & Perks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Qualifications Active RN license in state of practice BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) ACLS preferred depending on unit PALS or NRP preferred for applicable specialties Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, CMSRN, CEN) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
