Licensed Agent (Remote)

Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Agent to support individuals as they evaluate life and health coverage options designed to protect income, support families, and plan for future needs. In this remote role, you will meet with clients virtually, review available options, and help them make informed coverage decisions.

This position is supported by training, tools, and leadership guidance so you can focus on client conversations and building lasting relationships.

Estimated earnings are performance-based and reflect your consistency and results.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual meetings to review life and health coverage options

• Explain benefit solutions clearly so clients understand how each option works

• Help clients compare coverage choices based on their goals, needs, and budget

• Guide clients through application submission and policy approval steps

• Maintain accurate, organized client records and documentation

• Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required in your state of residence

• Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or advising preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Proficient with video conferencing tools and CRM systems
