• Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (rotating call including nights and weekends)

• License/Certifications: Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine, DEA, Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
• Experience: Preferred experience in high-risk obstetrics and NICU care

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $650,000 annually
• Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000 annual incentive
• CME & Dues: $4,500 annually for CME, professional dues, and related expenses
• Relocation: Reimbursement up to $10,000
• Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours + 40 NJ sick leave hours

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient consultative services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth, including NICU care in a Level III unit
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other providers to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes
• Rotate between outpatient clinics in Pomona and Atlantic City, managing high-risk pregnancies
• Support postpartum patient management and remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive conditions
• Participate in on-call duties including nights and weekends, sharing responsibilities with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize Cerner EMR system and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting tools
• Support comprehensive patient care across obstetrics and neonatology

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO degree plus Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance registration (CSR/CDS)
• NJ medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum clinical experience in high-risk obstetrics and NICU care

Preferred:

• Experience working in Level III NICU settings
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills for outpatient and hospital-based care
