Assoc Clinical Ped AllergistThe Department of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a new mid-career physician as Assistant Clinical Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist or a seasoned physician as Associate Clinical Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist. This position will involve working at a new, large multi-specialty medical practice in Westchester White Plains, adjacent to New York City.In this role, you will participate in providing the highest level of care to patients in the department of pediatric allergy and immunology.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional, specialized patient care with consistently excellent outcomes.Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and patient safety efforts.Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain relevant advanced certifications.Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases and high-acuity patients.Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.Meet or exceed productivity targets.Lead initiatives to improve clinical workflows, patient outcomes, or healthcare delivery systems.Act as a liaison between clinical staff and organizational leadership, ensuring alignment of goals.Oversee clinical teams or programs, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Represent the department or institution in professional or public-facing roles.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Degree Required:Doctor in MedicineMinimum Qualifications:Board certified or eligibleNew York State Medical LicenseFellowship training in the respective subspecialty0-5 years post training5-10 years post training (Associate Clinical Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist position)Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / VeteranColumbia University is committed to the hiring of qualified local residents.
