Training Specialist Senior - CTT/Electronic Warfare Supervisor (EWS) Tactical Trainer Location: USA, California, San Diego Employment Type: Full time Job Req: RQ222402 Requisition Type: Regular Clearance Level: Must currently possess Secret clearance (able to obtain) Public Trust/Other: None Job Family: Program Instruction Support Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Experience: 7+ years as a CTT qualified as a SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare Operator and Supervisor, including one year as an instructor in a Navy training environment Demonstrated ability to teach system or function tasks in a journeyman level training environment Experience with writing engagement doctrine and mission planning with Soft-Kill Weapons System (SKCS) is a definite plus Prior SCSTC, ATRC, TACTRAGRU (PAC/LANT), or SMWDC Instructor experience is a significant plus Master/Afloat Training Specialist (MTS/ATS) Qualification preferred US citizenship required Must be able to support training with extended periods on feet while instructing Travel up to 10% of time may be required Responsibilities: Train and evaluate watchstander performance in hardkill/softkill integration, sensor and weapons tactical employment techniques, and effective internal and external communications for the EW-Supervisor Watch Station Develop and conduct classroom and practical scenarios based on Navy-wide operational tasking, Fleet best practices, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures Provide subject matter expertise in curriculum development for SCSTC courses supporting current and future training programs Collaborate with training division officers and department heads on operational and tactical employment of the SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare System and associated equipment Salary Range: $72,250 - $97,750 Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with Health Savings Account options 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick, personal, holidays, parental, military, bereavement, and jury duty leave Short and long‑term disability, life, accidental death and dismemberment, personal accident, and critical illness coverage Business travel and accident insurance options Flexible work week accommodations when possible Travel: Less than 10% of the time Telecommuting: Onsite only Additional Locations: USA, CA, San Diego #J-18808-Ljbffr General Dynamics
