The Customer Services Specialist II provides essential front office support and ensures a positive, efficient, and customer-focused experience for clients, families, referral sources, and visitors within the Outpatient Department at Tykes & Teens.  Advanced Administrative skills will be applied to ensure accurate data management, program coordination, reporting compliance, and operational effectiveness.  

This is a Full-Time position,  Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. 

The experience you will bring:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and in a variety of formats.
• Work independently and have good organizational skills 
• Ability to give full attention to what others are saying and excellent listening skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and engaging with others to convey information.
• High School Diploma required. 
• Minimum one (1) year of guest relations, front office, or admissions experience.
• Minimum (2) years' experience working in healthcare.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

"In addition to performing all duties of the Client Services Specialist I position, including front office operations, client scheduling, registration, records management, payment collection, customer service, and administrative support, the Client Services Specialist II is responsible for:

• Entering and maintain grant and contract-required data in Carisk, SAMIS, and other reporting systems.
• Monitoring grant compliance and required documentation.
• Generating operational and program reports. 
• Coordination of Waitlist 
• Transferring of assigned therapist to clients
• Tracking clinician productivity and program deliverables.
• Receiving and completing Medical record requests.
• Serving as the administrative liaison for DCF and other community partners as assigned. 
• Supporting program directors with grant administration and reporting. 
• Other duties as assigned"
