ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a warm, client-centered private therapy practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to be the heart of our daily operations. If you are organized, compassionate, and take pride in running a welcoming environment, we want to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open & manage the office daily
- Greet clients & manage front desk
- Schedule appointments & handle intake
- Maintain inventory & order supplies
- Support clinical staff administratively
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years office management experience
- Healthcare or mental health background
- Warm, professional & discreet manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Self-starter; works independently
