• Perform multi-point inspections on incoming used vehicles
• Complete light to mid-level mechanical repairs
  • Brakes, suspension, batteries, belts, hoses
• Diagnose basic issues and identify needed repairs
• Perform oil changes, fluid services, filters, and tune-ups
• Ensure vehicles meet McGraw Ford frontline standards
• Work closely with recon and sales teams to turn inventory quickly

• Experience in automotive repair or reconditioning (dealership preferred)
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain speed and quality
• Ability to flag consistent hours in a production environment
• Basic diagnostic skills
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license
