Lead Developer
We are seeking a Lead Developer to lead a small development team, mentor developers, and design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack.NET and Angular experience, leadership skills, and expertise in Agile development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong experience with C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Agile
- Experience with SSRS, Power BI, Git/TFVC, and Docker
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development team members
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications
- Build and support.NET and Angular applications
- Develop SSRS and Power BI reports
- Perform code reviews, sprint planning, and production support
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
