Speech Language Pathologist

Buttercup Therapy Services, PLLC provides pediatric speech, language, and feeding intervention in the greater Austin, TX area, with a primary location in Manor, Elgin, and Bastrop, TX. The practice supports children and families through individualized, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child's needs. Services extend to schools, offering contract support, IEP review, and advocacy in ARD meetings to ensure appropriate services and accommodations. Role Description Unique, part-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist willing to do home visits. Clinical Fellows encourage to provide. Strong willingness to learn Pediatric Feeding Disorders and Intervention for medically complex kiddos. Salary begins at guaranteed $50,000 a year, for an average of 15 sessions a week with 5 hours of papertime for 20 hour commitment per week. Preferably available 3-7pm to accommodate school aged children but scheduling is flexible. 2 weeks PTO a year Experience working with Communication Disorders, including articulation, phonology, and social communication challenges. Knowledge and clinical experience in Dysphagia and feeding intervention for pediatric populations. Ability to assess and treat a variety of Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language delays. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain them. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person therapy and telepractice, and use of relevant digital tools and EMR systems. Pediatric experience in school or outpatient settings preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
