Outpatient Primary Care Physician

$220k - $260k

Santa Cruz, CA

A physician-owned multispecialty group in Northern California is seeking primary care physicians to join several small satellite clinics due to high community demand. This partnership-track position offers a competitive compensation package and a desirable 4 or 4.5-day workweek. Physicians will enjoy practicing in the beautiful Monterey Bay area, with San Jose and San Francisco a short drive away.

Practice Info

  • Physician-owned multispecialty group
  • Join other busy PCPs in several small satellites
  • Work closely with advanced practice providers and other specialty physicians
  • See 20 to 24 patients per day on average
  • Phone call schedule is every 6th week
  • Become a shareholder in this physician-owned private group

Compensation

  • Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 annual
  • Competitive compensation package
  • RVU bonuses
  • Resident stipend available for early commitment
