Regional Account Manager

Leading a team of Account Managers remotely, the full-time Regional Account Manager will focus on fostering and expanding client relationships while ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account management in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Account Associates to support client acquisition and retention Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to provide comprehensive client support and resolve issues efficiently Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and drive initiatives to improve workflow efficiencies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Demonstrated success in client retention and account growth In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscape Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
