Position Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will oversee daily nursing operations, deliver direct clinical care, and help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily shift activities. Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and laboratory-related procedures. Complete comprehensive resident assessments and monitor changes in condition. Manage admissions, transfers, and discharge processes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes. Provide patient and family education as needed. Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license. New graduate RNs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
