Matia is seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for all US roles. You’ll be the first dedicated US recruiter, building the process from job requisition to close and scaling the recruiting function as Matia grows. You’ll partner with hiring managers across the business, coordinate onboarding logistics, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first interview to day one.
