Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Our schools are built on relationships - with each other, with students and with the community. The Hudson School District is seeking a full-time LPN Paraeducator to work at Alvirne High School. Supervised by the Special Education Coordinator, the LPN Paraeducator will: Implement classroom accommodations. Organize the classroom environment and instructional materials. Reinforce instruction in accordance with each student's Individual Education Plan. This is a full-time position to work 6.5 hours per day with half hour unpaid lunch 5 days per week for 189 total paid days. This includes 180 school days, 5 professional days and 4 holidays as outlined in the PSRP collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Compensation: $23.00 through $37.23 per hour based upon experience as outlined within the PSRP CBA. Benefits include: Employee only health, dental, vision and life insurance options.
