Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist -Help Desk Type: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION Watershed Security, is a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years’ Cybersecurity and Government Contracting experience. Watershed is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA. Must have Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level with a DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School or GED Must have one of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH Six years of professional industry experience Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA Ability to travel up to 10% Experience with help desk tools such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills PAY RANGE Final salary is influenced by factors such as location, contract labor categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
